喺你submit個免費audit form嘅時候 · 我哋收集：生意名 · 你嘅名 · WhatsApp · email · HK district · 服務類型 · 團隊大小 · 營運 / 財務自我評分 · 客戶acquisition channels · 廣告狀況 · retention狀態 · 你嘅自由文字答案。

2. 我哋點用你嘅data

• 淨係用嚟build你嘅personalized audit
• 聯絡你 · 喺你明確選擇之後
• 聚合匿名統計 · 改善future audit
• 冇sharing · 冇sell · 冇cross-prospect usage

3. 你嘅權利 · PDPO

根據香港私隱條例 (PDPO) · 你有權：access你嘅data · 要求更正 · 要求刪除 (7日內處理) · 撤回同意 · 投訴至私隱公署 (PCPD)。

4. Data保留

Audit submission資料保留2年 · 除非你要求提早刪除 · 或者你轉化成付費client (咁就keep住for engagement duration + 1 year)。

5. Third-party service providers

我哋用：Airtable (data storage · 美國) · Twilio WhatsApp Business API (messaging · 美國) · Vercel (hosting · 全球) · Meta Pixel (如果你明確同意 · 美國)。所有transfer都遵循PDPO contractual safeguards。

6. 聯絡 / 刪除requests

Email · privacy@viralscope.digital · 加subject: «Data deletion» · 7日內處理。
