1. What we collect

When you submit the free audit form, we collect: business name, your name, WhatsApp number, email, HK district, service types, team size, operational/financial self-score, acquisition channels, ad status, retention status, and your free-text answers.

2. How we use it

• Only to build YOUR personalized audit
• To contact you, after you explicitly opt in
• Aggregate anonymized stats — to improve future audits
• Never shared, never sold, never used for other prospects

3. Your rights · PDPO

Under HK's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), you have the right to: access your data, request correction, request deletion (processed within 7 days), withdraw consent, and complain to the Privacy Commissioner (PCPD).

4. Data retention

Audit submission data is retained for 2 years unless you request earlier deletion, or you become a paying client (retained for engagement duration + 1 year).

5. Third-party service providers

We use: Airtable (data storage · US), Twilio WhatsApp Business API (messaging · US), Vercel (hosting · global), Meta Pixel (if you explicitly consent · US). All transfers follow PDPO contractual safeguards.

6. Contact / deletion requests
