1. The service
Viralscope Digital ("we") provides a free personalized business math audit for HK beauty + wellness businesses, and paid growth-infrastructure implementation services. All delivery occurs via WhatsApp, email, or private link.
2. No outcome guarantees · what we actually do
Each business is different. Our audit provides benchmarks and opportunity estimates — not revenue guarantees. Clients running our systems still require actual implementation to realize upside. The audit is a planning tool, not execution.
3. Refunds / cancellation
Paid engagements are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime — no long-term lock-ins. Our proprietary systems deactivate within 7 days of cancellation. Your data, accounts, and content remain yours forever.
4. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the trailing 12 months. These are industry-standard limits aligned with HK commercial practice.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
